Welcome to our gathering under the Full Moon in Aquarius for an evening of connection, truth, visionary dreaming and celebration of the feminine. This moon invites us to step into new creative ways of being, to honour our unique individuality, and to expand the horizons of possibility. Rooted in the energy of innovation, freedom and community, this is a moment to imagine and co-create the future we long for — for ourselves, the feminine, the collective, the earth, and all of humanity. In a time where it is the most important ever to come together and build on our future — together. 

Guided by the sacred spirit of Mother Cacao & Blue Lotus — the ancient plant medicine beloved by the Maya & Egyptians — we open our hearts and journey through body, spirit, and the unseen. In this circle of sisterhood, we will share our visions, be with our dreams and plant them deeply into the earth. Together, we weave a tapestry of collective wisdom, healing, and radiant possibility.

HOW TO PREPARE & WHAT TO BRING

  • Please wear comfortable clothing you feel beautiful in.

  • Journal, pen & anything for the alter if that speaks to you.

  • In preparation for the Ceremony and the medicine, it is best to eat lightly beforehand.

  • It is advisable to refrain from drinking coffee (or other stimulants) before the ceremony.

  • Staying hydrated before, after and during the Ceremony. 

  • Bring a (meditation) cushion and/or yoga mat since this is a new studio

Meet Manouk

Hi love, my name is Manouk. It is so lovely to have you here. 

For much of my life, I moved through the world performing, perfecting, and pleasing — disconnected from my body, my cycles, and my truth. Years of numbing eventually led to chronic dis-ease, inviting me into a deep journey of healing, feeling, and remembering. Through reconnecting with my womb, my heart, and the wisdom of feminine cycles, I began to soften, to listen, and to return to myself. Over the past years, I’ve held space for hundreds of women in ceremonial settings — and it continues to be the fire of my heart.

This is the space I now hold — a space of remembrance. Of coming home. A journey of heart coherence, sisterhood, and truth. I am honoured to hold space for you and be in a space wíth you.

  • Manouk facilitated the Yoga for a week at our surf & Yoga holiday in Biscarrosse, France. Once I arrived at the first class I immediately felt safe, something I find very important in Yoga. Because I also teach myself, I can be a bit critical at times…Even though she has a beautiful voice, it wasn't necessarily what made me such a fan of her, it was more her presence, the relaxed energy she radiates. You feel seen but not seen, heard without having to say anything.
