The Sacred Women’s Retreat is a remembering. A returning home, to ourselves, other women and Mother Earth. It is an invitation to step into the fullness of your Divine feminine essence, surrounded by the serenity of nature and embraced by the loving support of sisters. In the womb of the Mother we gather, surrounded by Portugese mountains, rivers and waterfalls. Offering you a supportive sanctuary where you are seen, held, embraced, heard and loved.

Together we create a safe space of unconditional love to show up raw and authentically, with open hearts. Each day will be a tapestry of soulful, authentic and nurturing practices that honour the Sacred feminine within you.

As a Conscious Creative and Heartist I draw endless inspiration from the natural world and our imagination, self expression through the Divine and creations within any form of he-art.

Through my offerings as a Yoga & Meditation teacher, Sacred space holder and Women’s Circle facilitator it is my path to inspire, be of service, and work as a portal for you to blossom through movement, breath and rituals. To guide you home and connect you to your heart, womb and Pachamama. To remember you of your infinite power, our cyclic natures and that we’re made of pure light and magic.

As my own reminder of magic was found through my journey to naturally ‘cure’ my incurable autoimmune dis-ease. A deep inner knowing surfaced. In sharing my natural healing journey I guide and mentor others who are in need of support in their own transition to heal. From dis-ease back to ease, creating balance and harmony.

My prayer for humanity is to have better knowledge and understanding of our self natural healing system that exists within the body. So that we can live in freedom and in control of our own health.

  • Manouk facilitated the Yoga for a week at our surf & Yoga holiday in Biscarrosse, France. Once I arrived at the first class I immediately felt safe, something I find very important in Yoga. Because I also teach myself, I can be a bit critical at times…Even though she has a beautiful voice, it wasn't necessarily what made me such a fan of her, it was more her presence, the relaxed energy she radiates. You feel seen but not seen, heard without having to say anything.   • Manouk has a kind-hearted and compassionate energy as a space holder. This energy was reflected by the group creating an intimate, loving and open (online) space to show up together. It was special how the sense of a little community arose so quickly (especially online). A space to check-in with each other and yourself during the morning and evening rituals together.
