MEET MANOUK
Hi love, my name is Manouk. It is so lovely to have you here. Through my path as a Trauma-Informed Somatic Mentor, Women’s Facilitator, and Retreat Leader — I am here to guide you home. For much of my life, I moved through the world performing, perfecting, and pleasing — disconnected from my body, my cycles, and my truth. Years of numbing eventually led to chronic dis-ease, inviting me into a deep journey of healing, feeling, and remembering. Through reconnecting with my womb, my heart, and the wisdom of feminine cycles, I began to soften, to listen, and to return to myself. Along this path, essential oils have become sacred allies — supporting emotional release, deepening presence, and bringing nature’s wisdom into each moment and ceremony I hold. Over the past years, I’ve held space for hundreds of women in ceremonial settings — and it continues to be the fire of my heart. This is the space I now hold — a space of remembrance. Of coming home. A journey of heart coherence, sisterhood, and truth. I am honoured to hold space for you and be in a space wíth you.
MEET LOÏS
Dear you, so so grateful to have you here! In this lifetime, I go by the name of Loïs Bodil. I work as a Space Holder & Facilitator for women finding their way back to their truth & awakening their inner light. For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a deep calling to be of service to others. Whether it was helping my sister or sharing a moment of kindness with a stranger passing by. For most of my life, I walked the path of entrepreneurship in a completely different field. Yet after years of inner work, it suddenly clicked for me. Everything in my life has led me to this point and my true purpose here on Earth is to spread light & love. In my journey of coming home to myself, essential oils have become a beautiful part of this. Supporting my emotional balance, deepening self-connection and infusing my daily rituals and women’s spaces with their healing essence. From kundalini sessions to womb ceremonies, I have had the honor to hold space for many beautiful women. Each with her own story, but always united by one simple truth: we’re all walking each other home.
