WINTER SOLSTICE —
Virtual Ceremony

REPLAY

Step into a moment of stillness this Winter Solstice — a sacred turning point that marks the longest night of the year and the promise of the Sun’s return. For centuries, the Winter Solstice has been a powerful symbol of reflection, renewal, and the promise of brighter days ahead, deeply cherished by our ancestors as a turning point in the cycles of life.

I would love to hear how this journey was for you, feel free to send me a message - it always warms my heart!

Love, Manouk

    • Create your Sanctuary
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Light a candle, bring your favorite tea, or set up a cozy seat. Make sure there is space for you to move your body and lie down.

    • Bring a candle
Some can already be lit for your altar, but also bring 1 specifically that is NOT lit yet that we will light together.

    • A small offering for the altar
Something that represents stillness and care for you.

    • Wear something that feels like you
Flowing, soft, or cozy — whatever allows you to move and feel at ease.

    • Bring a Journal & Pen and a loose paper.
For moments of reflection, insight and journalling and a practice.

    • Have a small bowl close by you
Where you can keep something sacred with you.
(Will me explained in the session).

    • Good audio & internet
Make sure you’re set up with stable WiFi and headphones or speakers to immerse yourself fully.

    • Most of all… Come as you are
Whether you arrive feeling grounded, emotional, excited or uncertain, you are exactly where you need to be. Allow yourself to be seen, to be vulnerable, to be soft and come with an open heart.
