This mentorship is for the woman who longs to feel more deeply connected to herself. It is an invitation to journey inward with honesty, compassion and curiosity. To explore the layers beneath the patterns of overdoing, pleasing, striving or simply surviving, and to remember who you are beneath them.
Together, we will cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and gently explore the landscapes within that are asking to be felt, seen, heard and held. You will learn to listen to your body’s wisdom and rhythms, trust your intuition, and create the capacity to meet yourself with greater compassion and presence. We will explore the patterns, beliefs and nervous system imprints that may have kept you disconnected from yourself, while creating space for new ways of relating to your emotions, needs and desires.
This space honours both your vulnerability and your power. The softness and the fire. The grief and the joy. The parts that long to rest, and the parts that are ready to rise.
Together, we create a space for healing, growth and authentic transformation — one that honours your humanity, your womanhood, your wholeness, and the unique season of life you are moving through.

Perhaps you have spent much of your life being the strong one. The one who thinks ahead, holds it all together, takes care of others and carries more than she was ever meant to carry alone.
Maybe overthinking, people pleasing, perfectionism, hyper-vigilance or emotional overwhelm have become familiar ways of protecting yourself. And although these patterns once served you, you are beginning to sense that there might be another way.
Perhaps you have become disconnected from your body’s wisdom and long to trust yourself more deeply. To understand your emotions, honour your needs, strengthen your boundaries and feel more at home within yourself. You may be navigating grief, heartbreak, burnout, anxiety, chronic symptoms, or a season of transition that is asking something new of you.
Or perhaps nothing dramatic has happened at all. Yet somewhere inside, you know that you are longing for a deeper relationship with yourself. One that honours both your vulnerability and your power, your softness and your fire.
You are no longer looking for another quick fix. You are longing for a way of living, feeling and relating that is more authentic, sustainable and deeply your own.

How we work together
The work we enter together is a return to the wisdom of the body. Through trauma-informed somatic work, we move beyond simply talking about experiences and begin listening to how they live within the nervous system, emotions and body. Patterns, beliefs and trauma responses are not seen as something to fix, but as invitations to understand ourselves more deeply.
Lasting change rarely happens through force. It happens when the body feels safe enough for something new to emerge.
Our sessions are intuitively tailored to your unique season of life and may weave together nervous system regulation, somatic healing, emotional processing, breathwork, inner child and family imprint work, shadow work, feminine embodiment, lifestyle practices, spiritual connection and ongoing integration support. Rather than following a specific method, I honour what is present and trust the wisdom that unfolds from there.
The Container
Most women choose to journey together over a period of three months or longer. Sessions are held weekly or bi-weekly, creating space for both depth and integration. Each session lasts approximately 60–90 minutes and is intuitively tailored to what is present.
Between sessions, you are welcome to reach out through WhatsApp for support, reflections or voice notes. You will also receive personalised practices and rituals to support the embodiment of our work.
Some women come seeking support through a particular transition or challenge. Others choose to continue beyond the initial months, allowing for a deeper and more gradual unfolding.
This is not about healing yourself within a certain timeline. It is about creating a space where you do not have to walk alone.

I reflected a lot on myself, instead of looking for external solutions (my usual coping) going inward and sit with my feelings. Welcome, my name is Manouk.
For much of my life, I moved through the world shaped by performing, perfecting and pleasing. Over time, this hardened my body and spirit. Disconnecting from my body’s wisdom and cyclical nature eventually brought me into chronic dis-ease.
My healing invited me to face what was unseen — trauma, survival patterns, limiting beliefs and old protective ways of being — and to soften into a different way. To slow down. To listen. To reconnect with my body, my womb, and the wisdom of my feminine nature.
This return to self has been the most profound transformation of my life. Not a linear healing, but a remembering. A coming home. It is from this lived experience, alongside years of training and holding space for women, that I welcome you into this mentorship — a space for healing, reconnection, embodiment and deep remembrance.
As a Trauma-Informed Somatic Mentor, Women’s Facilitator, Space Holder and Retreat Leader, I weave together the many paths that have shaped me into the work I offer today. This decade-long journey is the ground from which these spaces have grown.
I am honoured to walk beside you — to hold space for your unfolding while you learn creating the capacity to hold all that you are, and remembering that you do not have to walk this journey alone.
