We’re living through intense times. Many of us feel heavy, numb, heartbroken — witnessing so much suffering, injustice, and uncertainty. Beneath the grief often lives unexpressed anger. And beneath the anger often lives a deeper longing. In this ceremony, we invite you into a held space where you can land in your body, explore the emotional layers of grief, anger, and disconnection, and begin to move what has been stuck — gently, somatically, honestly and in togetherness with other sisters. Moving through it together. This isn’t about fixing or bypassing anything. It’s about feeling fully, reconnecting to your inner fire, and letting what’s true move through you. We’ll close in soft presence, grounded together in what remains.
