Welcome to the darkness of the New Moon in Virgo — the second in a row, arriving as a rare and powerful solar eclipse, a cosmic reset where the Sun and Moon align to open a portal of endings, beginnings, and transformation. Virgo grounds us in service, healing, and devotion, while the eclipse draws us into the shadows to reveal what’s been hidden, clear old patterns, and call us into truer alignment. We gather in sisterhood to heal, release, and prepare the fertile soil of our inner gardens. Virgo, the earth priestess, invites us to tend our inner temple — to clear what no longer serves, and to create the wholeness that allows us to serve from fullness.  This is a moon for pulling up the weeds of old patterns, perfectionism, and self-criticism; for releasing what clutters the heart, mind, and body; for returning to the quiet rhythm of care that nourishes us from within. Only when our own garden is tended — when the roots are strong, the soil rich, and the heart open — can we offer our gifts in true, embodied service to something greater.

Guided by the sacred spirit of Mother Cacao — the ancient plant medicine beloved by the Maya’s. We open our hearts and journey through body & spirit. In this circle of sisterhood, we will share our healing medicine, our acts of service and plant them deeply into the earth. Together, we weave a tapestry of collective wisdom, healing and devotion.

HOW TO PREPARE & WHAT TO BRING

  • Journal & pen

  • Please wear comfortable clothing you feel beautiful in.

  • Bring a (meditation) cushion and/or yoga mat since this is a new studio

  • A small offering for the altar — something that represents service, care, or devotion for you

  • In preparation for the Ceremony and the medicine, it is best to eat lightly beforehand.

  • It is advisable to refrain from drinking coffee (or other stimulants) before the ceremony.

  • Staying hydrated before, during and after the Ceremony.

Meet Manouk

Hi love, my name is Manouk. It is so lovely to have you here. 

For much of my life, I moved through the world performing, perfecting, and pleasing — disconnected from my body, my cycles, and my truth. Years of numbing eventually led to chronic dis-ease, inviting me into a deep journey of healing, feeling, and remembering. Through reconnecting with my womb, my heart, and the wisdom of feminine cycles, I began to soften, to listen, and to return to myself. Over the past years, I’ve held space for hundreds of women through various settings — and it continues to be the fire of my heart.

This is the space I now hold — a space of remembrance. Of coming home. A journey of heart coherence, sisterhood, and truth.

  • Manouk facilitated the Yoga for a week at our surf & Yoga holiday in Biscarrosse, France. Once I arrived at the first class I immediately felt safe, something I find very important in Yoga. Because I also teach myself, I can be a bit critical at times…Even though she has a beautiful voice, it wasn't necessarily what made me such a fan of her, it was more her presence, the relaxed energy she radiates.
