Welcome to our sacred gathering under the Full Moon in TAURUS for a night of connection, personal freedom and celebration of the Divine Rooted Feminine. This is a time to honour the beauty of stillness, rooted in the earth's steady energy, as we flow through the cycles of life.

The Taurus Full Moon invites us to embrace this stable, earth-bound energy alongside the loving, sensual influence of Venus, Taurus' ruling planet. We are called to root deeply into our bodies, appreciate the beauty around us, and reconnect with the pleasures of life.

Guided by Mother Cacao, the ancient plant medicine revered by the Maya, we open our hearts and strengthen our connection to ourselves and each other. With her gentle guidance, we soften into a space of presence and sensuality, where we can fully embrace the nourishing power of the earth and the gifts of Venus—love, beauty, and pleasure. In this sacred sisterhood, we unite our intentions, weaving a tapestry of shared wisdom and collective healing.

• Journal, pen & anything for the alter if that speaks to you
• Eat a light meal before coming into Ceremony
• Bring a (meditation) cushion and/or yoga mat since this is a new studio

  • Manouk facilitated the Yoga for a week at our surf & Yoga holiday in Biscarrosse, France. Once I arrived at the first class I immediately felt safe, something I find very important in Yoga. Because I also teach myself, I can be a bit critical at times…Even though she has a beautiful voice, it wasn't necessarily what made me such a fan of her, it was more her presence, the relaxed energy she radiates. You feel seen but not seen, heard without having to say anything.
